At Itemlib, we strive to provide users with high-quality digital products that they can resell with confidence. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances: Technical Issues: If a digital product purchased through Itemlib is defective, corrupt, or otherwise unusable and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made fraudulently without the account holder’s authorization. Non-Delivery of Product: If the purchased digital product is not accessible or downloadable due to an error on our end.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases: Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds for digital products due to buyer’s remorse. User Error: If the issue arises due to incorrect use of the product, failure to meet system requirements, or improper application of the digital assets. Successful Downloads: If a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, we consider the sale final unless there is a technical issue as outlined in Section 1. Violation of Terms: If the user has violated Itemlib’s terms of service, including misuse, sharing, or redistribution of products in a manner not permitted by the platform.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps: Contact our support team at team@appalify.com within 7 days of purchase. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages). Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback without first reaching out to Itemlib support, their account may be subject to suspension or termination. We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with our support team before contacting their payment provider.
5. Policy Updates
